الملخص

In recent years, chatbots have emerged as a popular tool that offers instant assistance to people. Chatbots are computer programs designed to simulate human conversation, which can provide information and respond to user queries. The main problem of this research is to identify whether chatbots can be used or not in finding or searching information on Islamic Rulings through certain apps like ChatGPT and others. There are three objectives of this study, which to describe the meaning of chatbots in Artificial Intelligence and its implications, to analyze the effects of using chatbots in finding Islamic Rulings, and to propose a guideline in using chatbots in result of searching information about Islamic Rulings. The suitable method for this research is qualitative method because this method can be use to find all data related to the implications of chatbot in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Islamic Rulings. All of the data can be found through articles, journals and previous research papers by other researcher as references. Chatbots in AI play vital roles in human’s life as it can help humans to develop their life in helping humans to solve their task faster and effective.  From the research, everyone can get the information about how the apps of chatbots can be used to find about Islamic Rulings, the impact of using chatbots to human in their daily life and propose a guideline in finding Islamic Rulings through the chatbots. In general, chatbots in Artificial Intelligence (AI) can help human to complete their work efficiently. On the other side, chatbots also can be dangerous as it may lead to negative impact for human. Hence, it is depending on how humans can take the opportunity in using chatbots, either it can help in a positive way or in the other way.
