Abstract

Marriage is a human nature which is a form of human need. In Islamic teachings, marriage is recommended for adults who already have the ability physically and mentally to live a family. Marriage in front of the corpse is a tradition that occurs in Indonesia, of course, as a layman about the law, marriages held in front of the corpse need a form of legal certainty that guarantees the community to have legal rights as a form of orderly administration. clear and consistent implementation.
