The 5th International Conference of Postgraduate Students and Academics in Syariah and Law 2025 (5th INPAC 2025)
Vol. 5 No. 1 (2025)The papers presented in this proceeding were submitted by postgraduate students and academics participating in The 5th International Conference of Postgraduate Students and Academics in Syariah and Law 2025 (INPAC 2025), held under the theme “Advancing Malaysia Madani through Global Shariah and Legal Research.” Organized by the Faculty of Syariah and Law, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), the conference provided a platform to discuss contemporary and emerging issues in Syariah and legal studies across various fields including social, economic, political, medical, educational, technological, ethical, and global concerns affecting the Muslim world. The discussions and papers featured in this proceeding propose practical and constructive solutions grounded in Islamic principles and the methodologies of Shariah and law. With God’s grace, the conference achieved notable success in promoting high-quality scholarly engagement, enriching academic discourse, and strengthening the integration of ‘aqli and naqli knowledge within the Malaysia Madani framework.

The 4th International Conference of Postgraduate Students and Academics in Syariah and Law 2023 (4th INPAC 2023)
Vol. 4 No. 1 (2023)The papers submitted by postgraduate students and academics from various countries of the Islamic world are discussed in this proceeding publication, related to the Fourth International Conference for Postgraduate Studies and Academics in Sharia and Law 2023, under the theme “Syariah and Law Studies in Facing the Contemporary Challenges”. This conference was organized by the Faculty of Syariah and Law, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) to discuss contemporary and emerging Islamic and legal issues in various fields; social, economic, political, diplomatic, medical, educational, ethical, informational, technological, and other issues of concern to the entire Islamic nation. Workable solutions are proposed, stemming from the general principles of Islam and Islamic Law. The conference achieved – with God’s grace and success – a great success in the advancement of scientific research and integration between aqli and naqIi.
