Aims and Scopes

The publication aspires to advance interdisciplinary scholarship in Syariah and law, encourage evidence-based research, and foster knowledge exchange among postgraduate students, academicians, practitioners, and policymakers. Specific Aims

The INPAC Conference Proceedings aim to:

  1. Provide a recognised academic platform for the publication of high-quality papers presented at INPAC in the fields of Syariah, law, and Islamic studies.
  2. Strengthen scholarly dialogue that integrates traditional Islamic principles with contemporary legal, technological, social, and economic developments.
  3. Promote Malaysia Madani–aligned research that advances principles of governance, justice, ethics, and societal well-being.
  4. Encourage multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, postgraduate students, academics, and professionals at national and international levels.
