About the Conference Proceedings Series

The International Conference of Postgraduate Students and Academics in Syariah and Law (INPAC) is a flagship academic platform organised by the Faculty of Syariah and Law, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). The conference brings together postgraduate students, researchers, legal practitioners, and academicians from Malaysia and abroad to discuss contemporary developments in Syariah, law, and related interdisciplinary fields. INPAC serves as a scholarly arena for the exchange of ideas, presentation of research findings, and intellectual engagement across diverse areas including Islamic law, civil law, governance, economics, education, ethics, technology, and socio-legal studies. Emphasising the integration of ‘aqli (rational) and naqli (revealed) knowledge, the conference promotes a holistic and evidence-based approach to addressing emerging challenges faced by Muslim societies in the modern world. Through its commitment to rigorous academic discourse and international collaboration, INPAC contributes to the development of high-quality research, strengthens the scholarly community, and supports USIM’s mission of advancing Syariah and legal studies at both national and global levels.
