    As an intellectual discussion platform for academicians in Shariah and Law, Syariah and Law Discourse (DSL) disseminates the naqli and 'aqli colloquies of Faculty of Syariah and Law, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (FSU, USIM) at national level since 2006. To enhance its visibility and be globally recognised, DSL is now available online through this OJS publication system. DSL online also publishes compilations of academic papers from seminars and conferences held by the Faculty of Syariah and Law, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. 

  • International Seminar on Syariah and Law (INSLA)

    International Seminar on Syariah and Law (INSLA) has been held by the Faculty of Syariah and Law (FSU), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) since 2010. To enhance its visibility and be globally recognised, INSLA E-Proceedings (compilation of the seminar papers) are now available online through this OJS publication system. INSLA E-Proceedings also publishes compilations of academic papers with special themes.

    Welcome to the official e-Proceedings of the ASEAN Conference of Law Schools (ACLS). This digital compilation represents a seminal contribution to the evolving discourse on law and justice within the ASEAN region and beyond.

  • International Conference of Postgraduate Students and Academics in Syariah and Law

    The International Conference of Postgraduate Students and Academics in Syariah and Law (INPAC) is a flagship academic platform organised by the Faculty of Syariah and Law, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). The conference brings together postgraduate students, researchers, legal practitioners, and academicians from Malaysia and abroad to discuss contemporary developments in Syariah, law, and related interdisciplinary fields. INPAC serves as a scholarly arena for the exchange of ideas, presentation of research findings, and intellectual engagement across diverse areas including Islamic law, civil law, governance, economics, education, ethics, technology, and socio-legal studies. Emphasising the integration of ‘aqli (rational) and naqli (revealed) knowledge, the conference promotes a holistic and evidence-based approach to addressing emerging challenges faced by Muslim societies in the modern world.
